My owner mom made dog biscuits! And a big mess.
Some were bone shaped. Some were kitties. Some were strange blobs. Maybe they were supposed to look like horse poop.
She forgot to shut off the stove so some are a different color. Not too bad. A slight hint of cheese with a distinct burned flavor. (Not as good as horse poop)

Ooops! Doesn't look that bad actually... I mean, my mommy bakes biscuits till they're burnt too, sometimes.

Considering what dogs are willing to eat sometimes, I don't think extra crispy treats would be too much of a deterrent.
