Camping

I was good this weekend.

Went camping near a place called Leadville. My humans were happy cause they had showers and real toilets. Personally, I don’t mind if they smell bad. And I never flush.

Good camp site. I had my own personal squirrel. Kept an eye on him.

We crossed a mountain pass and stopped. I got to cool off in a mountain puddle.

We looked around at the scenery. My bearded owner was scared but I let him hold me till he calmed down.

Went on a train ride. Squeaky tracks. Put me to sleep.

Back to the station.

It looks like you had a wonderful time. The train ride looks like the best fun of all. Well maybe the swimming is better..

I've never been camping but I'd love to try it ... especially if there's cold mountain water to cool off in. You're very lucky... next time, please take me along.

Deefor,

Thanks for visiting my blog and pointing me to that ha-larious picture of you peeing on the human! I've added that picture to my PeeMail post. My mom says she's been to Leadville before something about a bar on a corner and a restaurant where she had chicken fried steak and green chili. She says it was WAY before my time...

It is pretty there at the campsite and your own personal squirrel? How cool is that. Thanks so much for thinking and praying for Charlotte. We hope she comes home too. I looked for her last night in daddies trailer and under the trucks and by the garage, but she still hasn't come home yet.

OH MY DOGNESS!!! Near Leadville is one of my most favortie places to go camping!!!!!! There's a wheeling trail we take my big rock crawling Jeep on called Holy Cross! That was the first place I ever went camping and wheeling AND the creek there is where I learned to swim!! I can't wait until we can go camping again!! Hopefully next summer!
